Cheapest I've found so far is popperonline.org.uk. Found them easy to deal with, and their delivery is very quick

They've got genuine Rush, other brands include Buzz, Bang, TNT, Kix, Rock hard and Max Gold.
They'll also disount the price when you purchase 3 or more.
